Paying rent

We recommend setting up a standing order to simplify and streamline your rent payments.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month, and a standing order ensures timely and hassle-free transactions
Maintenance & Emergencies
This is all communicated through the Arthur app, simply upload images of your issue and one of the team will be sure to address it right away. We are happy to take phone calls to discuss the arising issues further

Lost keys?​​

Replacing a lost key incurs a fee of £50.

To prevent losing your keys, we recommend using an Apple AirTag or any-other form of AirTag.

This device allows you to track your keys from your phone, ensuring they are always easy to locate.
Security

For the safety of all residents please keep windows latched and doors locked when you leave the property.

All houses are equipped with linked fire alarms and fire extinguishers to ensure your protection should a fire occur.

Here are some effective tips to reduce the likelihood of black mould in your home:

Avoid Radiators: Don’t dry clothes on radiators; use a dryer or ensure good air circulation.
